General data types

This section describes some data types which are used in more than one part of the application.

• FlexDate
  Often you don’t know the exact date of something. Sometimes you only know the year, or the year and the month. This is what this type supports:
  • year
    A four digit number, e.g. ‘2022’.
  • month and year
    A one or two digit month, followed by a ‘-‘ sign and followed by the ‘year’.
  • day, month and year
    A one or two digit day number, followed by a ‘-‘ sign and followed by the ‘month and year’.
